NY Mets vs. Puerto Rico
Yesterday marked the first time that The Mets faced the Puerto Rican National Team. It was really odd to see Carlos Beltran face his new teammate Billy Wagner. For this one time only, Carlos got the better hand, by singling in two runs in for his Puerto Rican team. Puerto Rico beat the Mets 6-1. The Mets have several players on the Puerto Rican Roster, CF Carlos Beltran, 1B Carlos Delgado, P Juan Padilla, P Pedro Feliciano, & INF Jose Valentin.
